WēConnect® Community Data Center and Fiber optic network is a Public/Private partnership between the City of Westerville, DRS, LLC (Data Center and Fiber Manager), and commercial communication carriers. The City owns the infrastructure (Data Center and Fiber) while the data center services and broadband services are provided by the private sector.
